How Do You Ship Orders And What Are The Rates?

We ship our packages via J&T Express. Rates will vary depending on your location and the quantity of your order.

We can ship anywhere in the Philippines!

When Will My Order Be Shipped?

Upon confirmation of your payment, your order will be shipped next day. Payment confirmation cut-off is until 5:00PM (Philippine Standard Time) only.

My Order Is Shipped, When Will It Get To My Place?

This depends on the quantity of your order and your shipping location. It usually takes 3-7 days for your items to arrive on your doorstep.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your payment has been confirmed, we will give you a tracking number for you to monitor your order.

Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Once your order has been entered into the system, it cannot be changed or modified. You may instead simply cancel your original order by filling out the Order Cancellation Form. Once this has been done, you can order again.

However, once your package has been shipped, we can no longer change/cancel your order.

Please make sure all orders are correct before proceeding with payment.


What Is Your Return Policy?

We will only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged upon receipt or if you were sent the wrong item. For cases like this, kindly e-mail us at within seven days upon receiving your package. Please include in your email the complete details of your concern including your name, address, and contact number.   

Items to be returned should be sent to us with complete packaging including the lid, the bullet, and the box. This means it should be returned unopened and in original condition.

Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the shipping fee for the returned item will be shouldered by the buyer.
